Developmental Disabilities Program

The Developmental Disabilities Program works with youth and adults who are determined as developmentally disabled through an application of eligibility, Our team of service coordinators work closely with other community agencies to ensure an individual’s needs are addressed in a comprehensive manner.

 
 
 

Determining Eligibility

Individuals may qualify for services under Developmental Disability with significant impairments including, but not limited to:

  • IQ Pattern 65 and Under
  • IQ Between 75-66 with Adaptive Testing
  • Down Syndrome
  • Autism
  • Cerebral Palsy
  • Fragile X
  • Fetal Alcohol & Drug Effects

The Developmental Disabilities Program serves children and adults who are developmentally disabled throughout our communities with:

  • Case Management and Service Coordination
  • Advocacy
  • Crisis and Diversion Services
  • In-Home and Residential Services
  • Advocacy at IEP / IFSPs
  • Employment and Vocational Services
  • Protective Services
  • Training Resources
  • Self Directed Support Services
