Our Commitment to Safety For All

CCMH: A Statement to Our Community

CCMH is proud to be a provider of behavioral health services for the people of Columbia County. Most of our employees live here, and our kids go to school here. We recognize that our community is hurting, because we feel it too.

First and foremost, we want to assure our community and the people receiving services from us that privacy and safety are our highest priorities. We recognize that because of recent events there is a need to reestablish trust and transparency on many levels. To that end, we want the community to know that every single employee at CCMH receives extensive training on mandatory reporting laws, and we hold our staff accountable to these laws.

Secondly, we want to know immediately if anyone in our care has experienced a breach of safety or trust. There are several ways you can let us know: you can leave anonymous feedback or file a complaint through our website, or you can contact our Compliance hotline: 503-438-2242.

Any member of the community can access Crisis services regardless of their status in treatment at CCMH. Crisis services are available 24 hours a day. Please call our Crisis Line at 503-782-4499.
