A Bridge to your next step in recovery

Bridge to Pathways offers quality medical and clinical care in a comfortable, home-like setting. Services include a detailed physical evaluation, substance use assessment, 24-hour nursing care, milieu support, and transitional discharge planning. Our staff are compassionate and caring, providing the greatest level of comfort possible throughout your stay. Medical Detox is the first step towards true rehabilitation through residential and outpatient services.

Our individualized program can accommodate for special needs and complex health histories. We are prepared to treat patients who might be considered more high risk, including pregnant females, individuals with mental health issues, and the elderly. We welcome people from all walks of life who seek assistance for withdrawal and are ready to take the next step in their recovery.

Take your next step in recovery

Our services are covered 100% by most OHP plans, as well as some private insurance providers. If you do not have OHP but are eligible for coverage, we provide on-site OHP assisting.
