Columbia Community Mental Health acknowledges that its facilities are located on lands traditionally inhabited by the Clatskanie, Cowlitz and some Kalapuya speaking nations and other indigenous peoples.

CCMH has been a part of the community since it was founded on Hulyo 15, 1975 and is the behavioral health provider for Columbia County.
