Outpatient Services

Outpatient rehab programs allow you to continue to live at home during drug or alcohol rehabilitation. Outpatient rehab tends to cost less than residential or inpatient treatment, and it may be more suitable for those unable to take extended absences from work or personal obligations.

Detox and rehabilitation services are covered benefits for Columbia Pacific CCO (Oregon Health Plan) members and many other insurance plans. Please call for more information.

Prevention Intervention

A proactive process of helping individuals, families, and commonalities to develop the resources needed to foster and maintain healthy lifestyles. Prevention focuses upon the development of innovative programs and interventions that are implemented before the onset of physical, psychological, emotional, or social problems.

Individuals seeking detox services must call us for a screening interview. During the interview, you will be given a time and date to check in for care. After medical or clinical detox at Bridge to Pathways, participants will receive counseling at Pathways residential facility or Columbia Community Mental Health outpatient center. There, you will become informed about the addiction, and learn how to identify and understand underlying issues which may have contributed to your substance use disorder. Therapeutic treatment is offered in individual and group sessions by our fully licensed mental health professionals.
